Josie has over ten years experience in fitness coaching and naturopathy.

She has worked in numerous health clubs across Sydney and has developed programs for a broad range of fitness goals using a variety of training processes.

Sign up to a 1.5 hr intro session. We will discuss your goals, map out a strategy and help get you started on a program for long term results.

This is a popular program for those wishing to lose weight with quick results. Involves 3x training sessions per week and a bespoke naturopathic nutrition program, with minimum 8 week commitment.

Ideal for busy office workers, this package is designed to bring balanced fitness for improved workplace performance. Quick 45-minute sessions with shower facilities - ideal for a quick office break.
